Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., templates, guides, digital downloads) offered on our "Our Products" page, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or accessed.
Exceptions
We may process refunds at our sole discretion if:
- The digital product was significantly defective or failed to download properly despite multiple attempts.
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
